How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping: 1-2 business days for Marmara region, 2-4 days for other cities. Express shipping arrives the next business day after order confirmation. Tracking number is sent by SMS and email once shipped.

14-day return window for items with tags intact. Send the item in original packaging — return shipping is on us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Sold-out items show a "Notify me" button. Leave your email and you'll be the first to know when stock arrives. Drops are limited edition and may not be restocked.

A drop is our limited-edition seasonal collection. Pieces are numbered and typically not reproduced. Once sold out, items move to the archive — restocks are rare.
